Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Colleagues' Artificial Intelligence PTY Limited trading as iConsult AI Travel Agents. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

iConsult is a travel-planning tool that combines a text AI chat and a live AI voice agent with public information sources such as maps, weather and events. It helps you plan trips; it does not sell flights, hotels, packages or insurance unless expressly stated on a page offered to you.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least the minimum age permitted by Botswana law, or have appropriate parental or guardian consent, to create an account.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not create accounts by automated means, share accounts, or impersonate another person.

3. What we provide and what you are responsible for

iConsult provides a travel assistant that helps you discover, compare and plan trips using AI-generated suggestions and public data. This includes business listings, descriptions, directions, weather, events, and the ability to connect you with businesses and services by chat or voice.

You remain responsible for all decisions you make, bookings you enter into, and actions you take based on information from the service. We are not your travel agent, booking provider, legal adviser or insurer. Any agreement, payment, reservation or dispute is between you and the relevant third party.

4. Local laws and compliance

You are responsible for making sure your use of iConsult complies with the data-protection, privacy, telecommunications, consumer and travel laws that apply to you in your country and in any country you plan to visit or contact.

iConsult operates according to its own Privacy Policy and cannot confirm that every feature is lawful in every jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted where you are or where you are calling, you must check with a qualified local adviser before continuing.

5. Calls and communications

The service may connect you with businesses, accommodation providers or other third parties by voice call or other direct communication. This includes AI-initiated calls made on your behalf and any call you choose to place through the platform.

iConsult is not a party to these conversations and is not responsible for anything that happens during or as a result of a call or message, including what is said, any agreement reached, booking made, cost incurred, dispute, misunderstanding, or the behaviour of the person or business you contact. You agree to resolve any issue directly with the other party.

6. AI output disclaimer

Responses from the chat and voice agent are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, especially for prices, flight times, visa rules, vaccinations, safety advice, business hours and availability. Always verify with airlines, embassies, hotels, insurers, local business owners and official authorities before you rely on any suggestion, travel, or make a booking. iConsult is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer the AI, extract prompts or bypass rate limits.
• No scraping, resale or bulk export of results without written permission.
• No use of the voice agent to impersonate real people, generate deceptive audio or produce content that violates the ElevenLabs prohibited-use policy.

8. Third-party services

The service uses Google Maps Platform, ElevenLabs, OpenWeather and other providers. Their terms apply when you interact with those features. See our privacy policy for the full list.

9. Intellectual property

The iConsult name, logo, code and design are owned by us or licensed to us. You retain rights in the content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it to run the service (including sending it to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or expose us to legal risk. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing us.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iConsult is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost bookings, or costs arising from AI inaccuracies. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Where you are located outside Botswana, your local mandatory consumer-law rights still apply where they cannot be lawfully excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, notified in-app.
