Cookie & Storage Policy

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy Directive, websites must tell you what they store on your device and get your consent for anything that is not strictly necessary. iConsult AI Travel Agents keeps this simple: we only use strictly-necessary storage.

What we store

• Authentication token (browser localStorage, namesb-*-auth-token) — keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in, removed when you sign out. Strictly necessary.
• Current destination (browser localStorage, nameiconsult-destination) — remembers the destination you searched so the tabs and results stay in sync as you navigate. Strictly necessary for the app to function.
• Consent flag (browser localStorage, nameiconsult-consent-v1) — records that you have seen this notice so we do not show it again. Strictly necessary.
• Sidebar state (browser cookie, name sidebar:state) — remembers whether the side panel is open. Strictly necessary for the interface.

What we do NOT use

• No advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, no ad measurement.
• No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no similar tools).
• No cross-site tracking.

Third parties that may set their own storage

When you use the ATM finder we load Google Maps, which can set its own cookies to render maps and prevent abuse. See the Google cookie policy. When you use the Live Voice Agent, ElevenLabs may set its own storage to maintain the session. See the ElevenLabs privacy policy.

Third-party business listings

Business listings shown across iConsult — including names, addresses, phone numbers, websites and photos — are sourced from Google Places and other third-party providers. Contact details are public business information. The one-tap Call, SMS, Email and Video actions connect you directly to the business using those published details.

These businesses are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of iConsult unless we explicitly state otherwise. Their presence on this site does not imply any commercial relationship. Use of Google-sourced content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. A full list of data providers is available on our data sources page.

Managing storage

You can clear site data at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and reset your saved destination.
