iCONSULTAI TRAVEL AGENTS

Accessibility Statement

Last updated July 2026

We want iConsult AI Travel Agents to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with meaningful headings, labels and landmark regions.
  • Full keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
  • Text alternatives for icons and images where they carry meaning.
  • Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA in both light and dark modes.
  • Support for browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party embeds (Google Maps, ElevenLabs voice agent) are not fully controllable by us. We provide non-visual alternatives where practical.
  • AI-generated documents may have inconsistent structure. Downloadable PDFs and Word files include a title and heading structure to aid screen readers.

Report a barrier

If something is hard or impossible to use, email accessibility@iconsulttravelagents.com with the page and the problem. We aim to respond within five working days.
