AI Disclosure

iConsult AI Travel Agents uses generative artificial intelligence. This page explains clearly what that means, in line with the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act and equivalent guidance.

What is AI here?

• AI Chat — a text assistant that helps you plan trips, produce itineraries, packing lists and entry-requirement summaries. It is powered by large language models routed through the Lovable AI Gateway.
• Live Voice Agent — a real-time voice assistant that listens through your microphone and speaks responses. Speech recognition and voice synthesis are provided by ElevenLabs. You are not talking to a human.

What the AI sees

• The messages you type or say during a session.
• Your first name (from your account) so it can greet you.
• Nothing else about you unless you type it in.

What the AI can get wrong

AI models can invent facts, confuse cities, quote outdated prices, or miss recent visa, vaccination and safety changes. Never rely on AI output for:

• Booking, cancelling or paying for travel.
• Medical, legal, financial or immigration decisions.
• Real-time safety-critical information.

Training

We do not train AI models on your conversations. Our AI providers process your input to generate a response and are contractually restricted in how they may retain it.

Human oversight

You are always in control. You can end a live agent session at any time, delete a chat thread from your history, or close your account. If an AI response harms you, please contact us at privacy@iconsulttravelagents.com.
